Position Summary : As a

Locum or Contract Primary Care Physician , you will play a key role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to adults in an outpatient setting. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, focus on disease prevention and wellness, and work collaboratively with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough medical evaluations and develop individualized care plans

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

Provide preventive health care, screenings, and lifestyle counseling

Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)

Promote health education and wellness initiatives

Deliver compassionate and culturally sensitive care to a diverse community

Qualifications :

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in

Family Medicine

or

Internal Medicine

Valid

Texas Medical License

(or ability to obtain)

Current DEA certification

Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
