A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process biweekly payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax laws
Oversee benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Administer the 401(k) plan and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience
Experience with Rippling payroll and benefits administration
Knowledge of payroll tax laws and 401(k) compliance
Understanding of various health plan types and contribution limits
Experience with payroll-related documentation such as forms 940 and 941
