• Position Overview

We are seeking a

• full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient education and preventive dentistry. Experience with hygiene systems and process improvement is highly valued. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values teamwork, continuing education, and patient-centered care.
• What You'll Do
• Comprehensive preventive care : exams, prophylaxis, scaling / root planing, perio maintenance, co-diagnosis with the doctor
• Take and interpret digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and digital impressions (iTero)
• Provide oral hygiene and preventive care education tailored to each patient
• Help drive perio acceptance, and same-day care; contribute ideas to keep our schedule humming
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Jump in as a
• true team member
• during gaps (chart audits, post-op calls, content for patient education and marketing, instrument maintenance, etc.)
• We're looking for
• Current
• Hawaii Dental Hygiene License
• and local anesthesia certification (required)
• Current BLS / CPR certification (required)
• Minimum
• 1 year of clinical experience
• (preferred)
• Exceptional communication, gentle technique, and a growth mindset
• Ability to educate and motivate patients on oral health and overall wellness
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies

• Must have availability to work M-Th, every week
• Must live in Hawaii or be willing to relocate (relocation expenses are not provided)
