Fabricator – Composites & Specialty Manufacturing

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team. This role involves working with a variety of materials to build custom parts and assemblies from start to finish. While composites are a big part of our work, we are happy to train the right person in composite techniques —what we need is a strong fabricator who can problem-solve, work efficiently, and build high-quality parts.

Compensation : $25 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Fabricate and assemble parts using wood, foam, metal, plastics, and composites .
• Use hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, sanding, and finishing.
• Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions .
• Assist with mold making, assembly, and finishing as needed.
• Composite layup, vacuum bagging, and resin systems.
• Maintain quality control standards , inspecting parts for accuracy and defects.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.
