In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee financial performance, strategic planning, and a talented underwriting team for our Hull and Marine Liabilities product line.

What you'll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

As a vital member of the Americas Ocean Marine Underwriting team, your role will encompass three key responsibilities :

• Portfolio Management

Own the Hull and Marine Liabilities P&L across the United States and Canada.

Lead and mentor a team of Hull & Marine Liabilities Underwriters, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.

Underwrite a portfolio of new and renewal business, effectively servicing existing clients with innovative solutions.

You will report directly to the Head of Marine, Americas.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 155,500 - 233,000.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
