Descripción del trabajoBoard Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field Prior experience as Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility preferred Active New York license and DEA Experience in post-acute, hospice, home health, or hospital medicine a plus Estimated annual earnings : $310,000 to $345,000 (fee-for-service model, uncapped) Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, and PTO Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Bi-weekly uncapped productivity bonuses CME and leadership development opportunities Albany is New York’s historic and vibrant capital city Excellent schools, thriving arts scene, and over 60 public parks Close to the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and Adirondack Mountains Offers both urban amenities and small-town community feel Four-season climate with easy access to NYC and Boston

Medical Director (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics) – Post Acute Care – Albany, NY
Opportunity Highlights
- Leadership role overseeing post-acute care clinicians in the Albany area
- Monday–Friday schedule with no night shifts or weekends
- Conduct clinical case reviews and support care coordination initiatives
- Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to improve patient outcomes
- Focus on quality, readmission reduction, and individualized patient care
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
