• Call coverage with 30-minute response time
• Call rotation 1 : 5
• 4 patient encounters per shift with 1 admission
• 8 phone consults on average
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
