Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Systems Integration Engineer who will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting digital payment and transaction systems within PayFac platform. This role is both technically skilled and customer-focusedsomeone who can translate business needs into smooth integrations between software hardware and secure network environments. This includes everything from coordinating client setups and testing to troubleshooting live environments and ensuring continued operational performance.

Essential Functions : Animal Health - Companion

• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of payment systems for new and existing business clients ensuring seamless integration with internal and third-party applications. This includes point of sale integrations and gateway setups.
• Own technical end-to-end deployment of merchant environmentstesting transactions funding and reporting functionality prior to go-live.
• Analyze transaction logs API calls and gateway responses to diagnose issues in real time.
• Troubleshoot complex / tier 3 network connectivity and terminal issues both remotely and on-site when necessary.
• Provide training and documentation to internal teams on proper system operation and maintenance.
• Contribute detailed records of configurations integrations and versioning within CRM and technical systems.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to test enhancements API updates and new integration pathways.
• Monitor system performance of active integrations and proactively identify opportunities for optimization or automation.
• Follow compliance with PCI DSS SOC 2 and other applicable data-security standards.
