Security Professional - Utilities Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Professional - Utilities Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading utilities location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a secure atmosphere for all individuals on site. You will engage with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $21.63 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Thur 09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Fri 09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Sat 09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Sun 09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
  • Document and report all incidents, accidents, and / or emergencies according to site procedures.
  • Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
