Descripción del trabajoMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified in internal medicine or equivalent. Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington. Authorized to work in the United States. Our position offers flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Full-time employees work a 10 on / 10 off schedule with an equal mix of days and nights. Additionally, team members participate in monthly meetings to receive updates and engage in training sessions. Key responsibilities for this role include supporting an acute care hospital with an open ICU and limited subspecialty support. Candidates should be comfortable with basic ventilator management and demonstrate procedural competency. Procedural competency not a requirement. Compensation : Annual compensation between $300k – $340k. Benefits : 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
