In Room Dining Server

Hotel Chelsea is now hiring Room Server Attendants. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently focused on candidates wtih full-time availability and at least 1 year of In-Room Dining or Room Service experience.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to :

• Stocking and maintaining IRD station
• Assembling trays for delivery
• Running food to IRD station for delivery
• Delivering room service orders to our hotel guests
• Being kind, hospitable, and accommodating to hotel guests
• Retrieving trays and bussing dirty glass / plateware back to dish room
• Working together to ensure the next shift is set up for sucess

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 year of Room Service or In-Room Dining experience
• A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
• TIPS certification preferred
• Flexible work schedules : the ability to work  overnight, weekends, holidays, as business permits
• The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 25lbs
• Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
