MIG Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift | $24–$30 / hr

We’re looking for experienced MIG Welders who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a team that builds durable, high-quality equipment for the pavement maintenance industry. What You’ll Do :

• Perform MIG welding on 18-gauge to ½-inch mild steel
• Fabricate and weld parts for pavement maintenance equipment and safety railings
• Execute butt and fill welds with precision and consistency
• Grind and finish parts to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr.
