Schedule : Monday / Tuesday 5 : 00 am to 1 : 30 pm

About the job

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Nurse PractitionerPhysician Assistant opportunity for our Hayward, CA clinic. Great opportunity with a very competitive pay.

Job Responsibilities :

Provides medical services including taking a history and physical examination, and performs appropriate follow-up on patients' medical issues as indicated.

Provides health counseling services under the supervision of the MD and follows the progress of patients. Makes appropriate records of findings during examinations and submits charts to MD for signature.

May write drug orders or written transmittal orders and call for refills under the supervision of the Medical Director.

Position Requirements :

Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in good standing with the State of California

Six months' experience in addiction medicine treatment / MAT

Must be able to interact compassionately with a diverse population

Drug rehabilitation training / knowledge is helpful

Salary Range :

The salary range for this position is $63.80 to 73.70 per hour.

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
