In this role, you'll take the lead on sourcing and managing supplier contracts for some of the most critical product categories in our businessincluding consumer wireless devices, wearables, accessories, broadband equipment, transportation, and logistics. You'll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate best-in-class agreements, minimize risk, and deliver value across the entire retail supply chain. Your strategic thinking and passion for consumer products will empower you to make a direct impact on AT&T's success.

What you'll do :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific categories like mobility devices, accessories, broadband equipment, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Oversee the complete supplier contract lifecycle, from RFX development through negotiation and final execution.
• Analyze and interpret contract terms, proactively addressing supplier issues such as performance, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead negotiations for contract modifications, pricing, renewals, and legal terms with both new and existing suppliers.
• Build financial models to compare sourcing options and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to support corporate transformation, technology upgrades, and evolving business needs.

Compensation : In Atlanta, GA : $94,300 - $141,500 (USD) annually In Dallas, TX and Bedminster, NJ : $105,600 $158,400 (USD) annually Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
