    Servpro Team JEFFRIES is a national leader in commercial restoration and reconstruction services. We specialize in water, fire, mold, and storm damage recovery, and were proud to be one of the select franchises that are part of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program recognized worldwide for responding to catastrophic loss events at any scale.

    Position Title : Commercial Account Executive

    Location : Based in Colorado Springs.

    Salary Range : $70,000$90,000 base (DOE) + commission

    Reports To : Commercial Sales Manager

    • What Youll Do :

    • Develop new commercial business relationships and expand existing accounts within your assigned territory
    • Educate clients on SERVPROs restoration and construction capabilities, showcasing our full range of emergency and capital project solutions
    • Complete and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for key accounts, establishing preparedness plans for potential disaster events
    • Identify and cultivate a "Target 25" your top 25 priority accounts for long-term strategic development
    • Deliver one-on-one presentations with centers of influence (COIs) and key stakeholders to drive referrals and brand loyalty
    • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
    • Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and continuing education courses
    • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • What We're Looking For :

    • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experienceexperience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries strongly preferred
    • A hunter mentality with a strategic approach to account development and long-term relationship building
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with commercial property management, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and / or multifamily verticals is a plus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-starter who thrives independently and on a team
    • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
    • Proven experience working with CRM systems and reporting metrics
    • Local market knowledge of Southern Colorado, and Colorado Springs.
