Unit Highlights : You will be working in a 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, caring for :

• Post-operative patients from craniotomy surgeries
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program

Your Role : In this role, you will :

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to support patient outcomes
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience required

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring patients
• Exposure to various healthcare settings requiring appropriate protective equipment
