Senior Accountant Rebate Accounting & Controls

Join our team as a Senior Accountant Rebate Accounting & Controls and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial integrity of our rebate operations for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for accuracy and collaboration to help drive impactful outcomes across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close meetings with key business partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives and projects with financial expertise and strategic insights.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial accruals for receivables and payables.
• Manage roll forwards and reconciliations for Manufacturer Receivables, Rebates Payable, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Provide audit support and ensure timely issuance of SOC 1 reports for GPOs.
• Collaborate with Financial Compliance to support SOX compliance and control frameworks.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and leverage internal rebate system knowledge for key projects.
• Present financial analysis and variance reports to senior leadership and business partners.

Qualifications

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.
