Key Responsibilities

Investigates and evaluates insurance claims through contact with involved parties

Negotiates claims effectively to achieve quick resolutions

Communicates with medical resources to develop return-to-work strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of workers' compensation claims handling experience

New York Adjusting License

Proficiency with MS Office suites

Strong knowledge of insurance theory and practices
