Corporate Controller

Base pay range

$165,000.00 / yr - $185,000.00 / yr

Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead all aspects of accounting operations and provide strategic financial leadership. This role offers high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to shape financial processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams
  • Oversee corporate consolidations across multiple entities
  • Manage internal reporting, reconciliations, and compliance

    • Drive cash forecasting and monthly close processes

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP / IFRS and advise on technical accounting matters
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Implement and improve accounting systems and processes

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
