Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Nassau, NY. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Additional duties include educating patients and families on health management and providing emotional support to patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and health monitoring
• Ability to develop and implement care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• BLS / CPR certification
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
