Group Operations Liaison

Group Operations Liaison is a critically important role. It is highly strategic and facilitative one that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role in the acquisition, integration, and development of new physician practices. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills.

PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. The fully integrated network is comprised of PIH Health Downey Hospital, PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital, PIH Health Whittier Hospital, 37 outpatient medical office buildings, a multispecialty medical (physician) group, home healthcare services and hospice care, as well as heart, cancer, digestive health, orthopedics, women's health, urgent care and emergency services. Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Medical Group Operations
  • Ability to understand the healthcare landscape and recommend operational improvement strategies
  • Highly-developed communications skills (written / verbal) and interpersonal savvy
  • Results / action-orientation; project management skills
  • Organizational and political agility; developed negotiation skills
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust
  • Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HealthCare Administration, Business Management, or other related area preferred or 5 years' experience in Medical Group Operations required
  • Background in physician onboarding or medical practice acquisitions is required.
  • Minimum Salary : $72,841.60

    Maximum Salary : $120,161.60
