divh2Sales Development Representative/h2pFull time/ppSanta Clara, CA, USA/pp$150,000 - $250,000 (USD)/pp#164027/ph3Pipeline Generation Qualification/h3ulliIdentify and qualify leads across multiple segments: individual developers, university research labs, robotics startups, and tech companies, etc./liliConduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and in-person networking to generate qualified opportunities/liliMaintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in CRM/liliHit monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated/li/ulh3Field Engagement Community Building/h3ulliRepresent Dexmate at robotics conferences, trade shows, and industry events/liliStaff booth at trade shows, conduct live demos, and generate leads from event attendees/liliVisit university robotics labs and research centers to build relationships with professors and PhD students/liliOrganize and host technical workshops, office hours, or demo days for the robotics community/liliBuild and nurture relationships in the physical AI ecosystem/li/ulh3Technical Engagement/h3ulliConduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects technical requirements and use cases/liliDeliver compelling product demos showcasing our robots manipulation capabilities/liliAnswer technical questions about our platform (hardware specs, APIs, integration capabilities)/liliGather feedback from prospects to inform product development and positioning/liliCreate technical content (demo videos, use case write-ups) to support sales efforts/li/ulh3Market Intelligence/h3ulliStay current with trends in physical AI, robot learning, and manipulation research/liliTrack competitive landscape and report insights to sales and product teams/liliIdentify new market opportunities and customer segments/liliBuild relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in robotics/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliAt least two years of experience in sales, business development, or technical roles in robotics/AI/tech/liliGenuine passion for robotics and physical AIyou follow the latest development and companies in the space/liliStrong communication skills and comfortable presenting to technical audiences/liliSelf-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take initiative/liliWillingness to travel 30-40% for conferences, university visits, and customer meetings/liliComfortable with rejection and persistent in following up with prospects/liliAbility to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly/li/ulh3Requirement:/h3ulliActive connections in the physical AI/robotics community (researchers, professors, lab members, robotics engineers)/liliExperience attending or exhibiting at robotics conferences or trade shows/liliPrior experience in sales development, business development, or developer relations/liliHands-on experience working with robots or robotics platforms (ROS, simulation, hardware)/liliActive in robotics communities (Discord servers, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, research groups, etc.)/liliPersonal network at top robotics labs or robotics companies/liliExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms/liliPrevious startup experience/li/ulh3About Us:/h3pFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
