Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Node.js. This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and requires the candidate to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

Essential functions

• Strong technical leadership and SDLC expertise : Deep hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, with the ability to design, guide implementation, and ensure high-quality engineering practices.
• Proven collaboration and communication skills : Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, cross-team Tech Leads, and Engineering leadership, translating business needs into clear technical direction.
• Mentorship and delivery mindset : Experience mentoring engineers and QA, leading estimation and planning activities, and driving predictable delivery aligned with estimates and team velocity.
