The expected salary range for this position is between $90,600 - $142,370 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
Qualifications & Experience : 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and logistics operations. Knowledge of engineering principles related to material selection, production processes, and supplier qualification. Familiarity with technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and validation reports for supplier components. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, project management software, and supply chain analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
