What this job involves :

Site and vendor management involves overseeing physical locations and coordinating with external service providers to ensure optimal facility operations and vendor performance. Client relationship management focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients through effective communication, service delivery, and strategic account management. Finance management, cost control, and profitability encompasses monitoring budgets, controlling operational expenses, and implementing strategies to maximize financial performance and return on investment.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Assist with vendor management for maintenance of janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and others defined within the portfolio of respective sites.
• Act as an ambassador for JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and ethical requirements.
• Proactively manage the site operations team.
• Inspect and verify work completed by contractors.
• Work with the Engineering team to ensure on-time completion of work orders.

$65,000-$85,000 including 7.5% target annual bonus
