Cardiothoracic Surgery w / Vascular Interest opening in NCLocated in New Bern, North CarolinaFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE / BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join group. As part of a single hospital system that includes inpatient, outpatient, and surgical resources, this role offers a rare opportunity to practice high-quality CTV surgery in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.Details :

1 : 4 call schedule for the CTV service, enabling work-life balance and minimizing burnout.

Access to a modern hybrid operating suite, fully equipped for complex endovascular and open procedures, with advanced imaging integrations.

Integrated within a hospital system that supports cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, with strong administrative, ICU, imaging, and vascular lab backup.

Collaboration with a robust cardiology group : interventional cardiology, EP, general / invasive, heart failure, advanced imaging â€" ensures referrals, joint cases, shared care, and innovation.

Compensation : Our salary and benefits package is exceptional and will be more than competitive with a minimum 2-year salary guarantee and bonus potential.

10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues / subscriptions
