California Licensed Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate Litigation Counsel, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage defensive litigation and arbitration for the enterprise

Identify, select, and oversee outside counsel for litigation and arbitration

Represent the organization at depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree

7+ years of complex litigation experience at a law firm and / or in-house legal department

Significant trial, arbitration, and litigation experience in complex commercial, consumer, or class action litigation

Proven good standing in one or more jurisdictions

Proven strategic thinker with experience evaluating legal courses of action
