OR Technician

Location : Sugar Land, TX

Pay : $42 hour (DOE)

Schedule : 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM, Monday-Friday

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

About the Opportunity :

Dean's Professional Services is seeking experienced OR Technicians to join a skilled surgical team in Sugar Land. This is an excellent opportunity for perioperative professionals who are passionate about patient care, advanced surgical procedures, and working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide proficient perioperative patient care using surgical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Function as a scrub assistant to the physician during operative and / or invasive procedures.
  • Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and follow the Surgical Technologist Skills Inventory.
  • Act as a role model and resource for other staff.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of OR Technician experience required.
  • Experience with ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Ortho, Robotic, Vascular, Total Joint Replacements, and Urology required.
  • Knowledge of perioperative protocols and sterile techniques.
  • Ability to work long shifts and adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.
