Washington Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review securities disclosures for compliance with Regulation A and Regulation D

Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts while identifying legal risks

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to fractionalized investments and conduct internal audits

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in a big law firm, PE fund, or fractionalized investments setting

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and Bar admission (NY and / or WA preferred)

Strong understanding of securities regulations and exempted offerings

Experience in real estate transactions and related legal matters

Experience with legal automation and ability to work collaboratively
