Position : Bakery Mechanic

Location : Orlando

Department : Maintenance

Reports To : Maintenance Manager

What You’ll Do :

• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and systems issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Preventive Maintenance : Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Safety First : Promote a safe work environment by following and enforcing safety procedures and addressing any hazards promptly.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
