Director of Clinical Services

About the Role : The Director of Clinical Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing the quality, integrity, and effectiveness of clinical operations across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services and serving as a core member of the Clinical Services Management Team, this leader will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives that improve patient care delivery, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance. The Director of Clinical Services will lead multidisciplinary teams of clinical professionals and supervisors, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, promoting continuous quality improvement, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and accountability. This role will be directly responsible for the overall performance, clinical effectiveness, and operational success of the teams providing Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services at the organization's Norwell location. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring these teams meet and exceed clinical benchmarks, regulatory standards, and client satisfaction goals. Additionally, this role requires strong financial stewardship, with responsibility for managing program budgets and resources to achieve operational efficiency and program sustainability. Ultimately, the Director of Clinical Services will contribute to the organization's mission by promoting accessible, compassionate, and person-centered care in the communities we serve.
