Affiliated with   STARR Restaurants ,   LMNO  is bright, lighthearted, and transportive. Once inside, there is an energy that feels welcoming and familiar while also completely unlike anything else that exists in Philadelphia. LMNO will focus on a coastal Mexican cuisine, to be enjoyed in a multitude of settings, including a lively outdoor patio and cocktail lounge.

The team is seeking dynamic, genuine   Barbacks  who enjoy making people happy — with the help of tequila and tacos!

Qualified Barbacks will have :

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ barbacking experience in metropolitan restaurants
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Able to take instruction and direction and act quickly when required
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Experience with preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, tinctures, batch cocktails, and other barback preparations.
  • RAMP certification
  • Sunday and Brunch availability
