Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Manager of Facilities, Health, Environment, Safety (HSE), and Security , who will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of facilities operations, physical security, and HSE initiatives. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on oversight to ensure that the site's infrastructure, safety programs, and security protocols fully support business objectives and operational excellence.
In this position, you will drive initiatives to strengthen workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and emergency preparedness, while overseeing the site's physical security framework and access controls. Additionally, the Manager of Facilities, Health, Environment, Safety (HSE), and Security leads ongoing business continuity planning and cultivates a strong safety and security culture through proactive engagement with internal teams and external partners.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 123,340.00 - 202,959.50 USD Annual
