Competitive Salary : Starting at $85,000 / yr up to $90,000 / yr

  • THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN MOCKSVILLE, NC and SALISBURY, NC.

    • 3 Days per week on-site Industrial Sector-manufacturing client

    2 Days per week Traditional outpatient setting

    What This Role Looks Like :

    Industrial Sector

  • Perform ergonomic assessments
  • Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and primary musculoskeletal conditions
  • Act as musculoskeletal provider
  • Implementing injury prevention strategies
  • Functional primary care when appropriate
  • Collaborate with safety officers and management team to enhance safety and wellness of all employees
  • Primary clientele are employees but occasionally include medical plan dependents

    From injury prevention programs to outpatient ortho and on-site jobsite services, our care model is diverse, engaging, and built to meet patients where they arewhile supporting clinicians to thrive.

    What This Role Looks Like

    Were hiring a PT to serve patients across our Salisbury clinic and Mocksville On-site Industrial location. You'll treat a mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and industrial clients with autonomy, mentorship, and support. Our EMR is streamlined through AI technology so you can focus on getting patients results.

    What Were Looking For

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative teammate
  • Comfortable rotating between Salisbury location and Mocksville client
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and injury prevention
  • Bonus if you have interest in industrial PT, CrossFit, or performance rehab
  • Eager to grow, give back, and build a meaningful career
