Libertyville is conveniently located in north suburban Chicago, only 30 miles north of Chicago and 20 miles south of the Wisconsin border. It is 5 miles west of Lake Michigan on the Des Plaines River. Stroll through Main Street, Libertyville for turn-of-the-century buildings and shop in a picture-perfect downtown.

• $220k average salary
• Open to board-certified internal medicine or family medicine physicians
• Bariatric / obesity medicine experience preferred, but not required
• Phone call of 1 : 6
• 16 - 20 patient census
