A supportive housing program in New York City is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join their team. In this role, the Senior Case Manager will provide case management, housing support to participants and monthly reporting requirements that will ensure compliance with the parameters of the program.

- Hours : 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary liaison between participants, Superintendents, and Building Managers to ensure timely completion of all apartment and building repairsMaintain a detailed building / apartment log, including dates and condition reports for units and common areasIdentify and report non-compliance issues related to apartments or buildings to the Program DirectorDeliver case management services and provide on-site crisis intervention as neededComplete all required service plans in accordance with program standardsPlan and facilitate monthly tenant meetings, tenant activities, and staff meetingsEducate participants on housekeeping, home safety, budgeting, and landlord / tenant relationsMaintain accurate documentation of all tenant interactionsConduct home visits to assess compliance with program rules and identify needs for supportive service referralsReport any suspected child neglect or abuse immediately to the Program Director.Conduct and document annual and monthly apartment inspections.Perform other duties, as neededQualifications :
3+ years of experience in a Behavioral and / or Mental Health settingHigh School Diploma / GEDStrong judgment and decision-making skills with demonstrated business acumenAbility to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and discretionExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and operate with urgency and attention to detailDesired Skills :
Associate's and / or Bachelor's DegreeBilingual (English and Spanish)
