A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance functions for the Nevada health plan and coordinate policy development
Manage interactions with state regulators and lead all state compliance meetings
Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
5-7 years of experience with health care regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development
5+ years of experience overseeing contract requirement implementations
