• We are seeking a full-time, Nevada licensed attorney to join our team.
• You should have the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional guidance to consumers. A background and understanding of real estate and / or consumer protection law is ideal. Experience with client intake, consumer bankruptcy, condo, and / or HOA law is preferred. We are looking for someone who has 0-3 years of experience as an attorney.
• A Nevada license is required
• Responsibilities and Duties :
• Provide counsel to consumers relating to real estate and timeshare matters.
• Negotiate settlements with developers, management entities, collection agencies, etc.
