Job Summary : Under the guidance of the Branch Operations Manager, Traveling Universal Branch Representative assists members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, while accurately handling members financial needs. Proficient in cash handling duties, guiding members through loan counseling, all types of new accounts and services through our digital and physical channels. Travels and works at different branch locations based on member service needs.

Job Qualifications : Two years’ college degree (preferred), and 1-3 years’ experience in a financial institution preferred

Mental & Physical Requirements : Requires sitting 6-8 hours a day; Stress related to important decisions. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and occasional after hours, as necessary.
