A company is looking for a Remote Health Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily client interactions via various communication channels with professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately
Respond to inquiries about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear guidance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
Experience with CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk
Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and metrics
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
