Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Tucson, AZ, focusing on K-12 caseloads within a school setting. This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year plus the following 2025-2026 school year, providing a consistent and engaging work schedule for occupational therapy professionals passionate about supporting childrens development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver prehensive occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, addressing fine motor, gross motor, and sensory integration needs
• Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student goals within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student functional performance
• Provide clear documentation and maintain pliance with school regulations and therapy standards
• Support and mentor strong Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) assigned to the caseload

Qualifications & Desired Experience :

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with relevant healthcare and school-based experience

Skilled in both in-person therapy delivery; this role is not open to virtual or teletherapy services

Experience with home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings is a plus but the focus will be on school-based therapy

Proficient in addressing fine motor and gross motor skill development

Familiarity with managing and collaborating with COTA staff in school environments
