We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Maintenance Supervisor to join our Grand Rapids, MI team on second shift. In this role, you’ll lead a crew of skilled technicians in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment where your leadership directly impacts uptime, safety, and performance. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, coaching, and driving reliability improvements across the plant.
This is an on-site role in a continuous crewing operation, where you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with other maintenance leaders and cross-functional teams. The team is collaborative, experienced, and committed to doing things the right way. You’ll have the chance to lead impactful projects, grow your leadership skills, and make a visible difference every day.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Daily Maintenance Operations – Supervise and support technicians in executing work orders, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment uptime.
Drive Reliability and Efficiency – Implement maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and improve performance using LEAN principles.
Coach and Develop Talent – Train and mentor team members to build technical capability and foster a culture of ownership.
Solve Mechanical and Electrical Problems – Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and process disruptions.
Ensure Safety and Compliance – Maintain adherence to OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and company safety standards.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Compensation
The annual salary range is $ $72,600 - $95,235, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
