Project Manager

Location : Onsite (Greater Milwaukee or Fox Valley area, WI)

Employment Type : Full-Time Consultant

Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions? Trissential is hiring a Project Manager to join our client's team. In this onsite role, you'll manage cross-functional IT projects across ERP, manufacturing systems, and infrastructure platforms. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex IT projects across ERP, manufacturing, and infrastructure domains
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk logs, and executive-level reporting
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI achievement
  • Support organizational change management to ensure business readiness and adoption
  • Foster continuous improvement and mentor team members to drive performance

    • Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in IT, leading enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Strong experience with ERP implementations or other large-scale enterprise systems
  • Background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud-based solutions
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
  • Experience delivering commercial software solutions with minimal customization

    • Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with cloud migrations, ERP site deployments, and operations applications (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, warehouse management)
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
  • Background in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, food & beverage, or manufacturing

    • Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Competitive Compensation : You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $121,000$141,000 annually or $70$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
