In the post-acute setting, you'll be the primary clinician for patients while maintaining autonomy and independence to support their needs. We are looking for Nurse Practitioners (NP) and / or Physician Assistants (PAs). In this role, you will work collaboratively with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals / priorities and with the Medical Directors and / or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care.
