Job Description : Klamath County is seeking a qualified and motivated Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology Department. This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting core IT infrastructure, including installation, repair, and optimization of hardware and software systems. The role involves working closely with county departments to ensure high system performance, resolve technical issues, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computers, network systems, and related hardware.
• Provide project support, end-user training, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and document internal systems procedures.
• Perform system backups, monitor for intrusions, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Deploy hardware and software, perform updates, and test new systems.
• Monitor and manage systems using tools like SCCM, SolarWinds, and SCOM.
• Provide on-call support and respond to system alerts 24 / 7 (must respond on-site within 15 minutes when on call).
• Adhere to federal and state IT security regulations including CJIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and others.

Expected salary : $6,212.63 $7,862.80 per month
