Michigan Licensed Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial or Business Analyst Sr.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Charge Integrity Analysts with troubleshooting and testing

Investigate charge capture issues and prepare presentations for workflow changes

Collaborate with various departments to design, build, and implement workflow changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience

Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-H) or coding experience within the first 12 months of employment

Minimum of five years' experience in healthcare, facility coding, or reimbursements

Charge Integrity, Hospital PBS, Billing, or Coding experience within the last five years

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Epic EHR (MiChart)
