Provide personalized, non-medical care that aligns with clients' Service Plan / Care PlanAssist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobilityProvide companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal planning, preparation, and moreProvide medication remindersMonitor, Record and Report changes in the clients physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisorUtilize our Time Management system for Clock-in / Clock-out and Document completed tasks in accordance with company policiesStay updated with our relevant changing technologyAdhere to HIPAA regulationsParticipate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations.Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and proceduresPosition Qualifications : The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum skills required :
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious caregiving experience (preferred)Possession of state-required certificationsValid Drivers License with adequate auto insurance, if applicableA passion for caregiving and a desire to help othersA commitment to being present and providing quality careEmpathy, patience, kindness and respectAbility to carry out direction, both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively manage the demands of the jobWe serve Morris County and Somerset County.
