About The Position

Experience : Minimum 1 year

License : Active Registered Nurse License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification

Must-Have :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience with HFNC and BIPAP
• Stable GTT management
• Post-operative care for CABG, AVR, and MVR
• Experience in cardiovascular and vascular care
• Knowledge of AAA repair, lobectomy, and CEA
• Proficient in NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS, and pacemaker management
• Experience with sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding, post-DKA, respiratory failure, and tracheostomy care

Description :

This position is in a 30-bed step-down unit.

The unit provides care for patients transitioning from intensive care.

Candidates must have robust cardiovascular and vascular experience.

Familiarity with high-acuity cases is essential.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Strong clinical skills and critical thinking are necessary for success.

Ideal candidates should demonstrate effective communication abilities.

The ability to manage diverse patient needs is critical.

Candidates will be expected to provide high-quality patient care and support.
