Details / General Information :

Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM
Location : 100% Remote (some initial travel to Michigan for training)
Preferred Work Schedule : First shift : 8am-5pm (local time)

Key Responsibilities :

White-glove service : Act as main point of contact for VIP customers (from sale through install)

Walk customers through installation, commissioning, permitting, troubleshooting, and product education

Proactively resolve issues before they escalate to Service Engineer team

Act as liaison between customer, installer, sales, and technical teams

Assist in building out proactive customer support structure

Ideal Candidate :

8+ years of experience, journeyman experience in the electrical space / electronic space (high emotional intelligence)

3+ years as electrician or working on electrical components, EV charging equipment repair / installation experience strongly preferred

High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong customer engagement skills

Solid foundation in electrical systems (EV, solar, storage, V2H, V2G)

Experience with utilities, permitting, installation coordination a plus

Ability to communicate technical issues in plain language

Comfortable working with VIP clients (influencers, athletes, celebrities)
