Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty : Operating Room (OR) RN

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts; 1 call shift per week from 3 PM to 7 AM and 1 weekend every 5 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum 2 years

License : Valid RN License required

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have : Experience with operating room procedures and the MEDITECH 6.0 charting system

Job Description :

• Work in an acute care setting within the operating room.
• Adhere to a rotational call schedule, including weekday and weekend coverage.
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM, with variable hours based on procedures.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support in surgical settings.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the MEDITECH 6.0 system.
• Comply with established protocols and practices to enhance patient outcomes.
